Returns Policy For ActiveYards Fence
You may return ActiveYards Fences only during the pick up or delivery process. We will only except a return if the material does not match the order or if there is a defect in the quality of the material. You will be asked during the pick up or delivery to sign that you inspected the material, that it agrees with the order, and the quantity and color are correcrt. After your inspection there will be no returns and all sales will be final.
You are required to be present during the delivery and assist in the unloading. This will help in assuring that your material will not be damaged and you can inspect the order. We will be contacting you with a delivery date and time. If you are not available when delivery is made, we will not leave the material without an inspection and sign off and an additional delivery fee will be required.

Your satisfaction is important to us, that is why we offer this 100% satisfaction guarantee. The product must be returned within 14 days, a claim must be made within 3 business days from receiving the order.
Before making a return please make sure all original packaging is undamaged and unopened. We consider the bag with hinges & latches are in the original packaging, not the shipping box. Damaged or opened packaging (excluding the shipping box) will not be accepted. Once we receive your return it will be inspected for damage or tampering. If your return passes inspection, your credit card will be refunded the amount of your invoice less the shipping and a 15% ($5 minimum) restocking fee. To ensure your return arrives, please ship using UPS so you can obtain a tracking number and delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost packages that have no proof of delivery.
